Sunset Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center that serves the population in Yuma County. The health center has facilities in Yuma, Somerton, San Luis and Wellton.

Yuma County has a unique opportunity to address significant medical access problems that face Caucasian/White, Hispanic/Latino, immigrant, and border community residents. Many border residents are isolated from medical and behavioral health services and do not have medical insurance, which are all significant barriers in obtaining medical care. This is why Sunset Community Health Center is a vital medical home for many Yuma county residents.
